AIOS operating system for business

ALT SAINT AIOS

One operating system for your business. Configured around the way you work.

Connect sales, projects, daily operations and financial control in one AI-powered environment. Start from the working AIOS core, customise it around your processes and add bespoke modules for the workflows your business needs.

THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM

Your tools do their jobs. The gaps between them slow down your business.

CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and project tools each hold part of the picture. Your team does the work of keeping them connected.

Scattered information

Customer details, quotes, documents and updates live in different places, making the full picture difficult to find.

Repeated administration

The same information is copied between records, spreadsheets and reports instead of moving with the work.

Incomplete handovers

What was agreed with the customer becomes detached from the team responsible for delivery.

Limited visibility

Managers have to ask several people to understand progress, open issues and the current financial position.

Slow decisions

Requests, changes and approvals wait in inboxes without a clear owner or next action.

Growing overhead

Each new client or project adds more chasing, coordination and administration.

ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW

Keep the context connected, from first enquiry to delivery and business control.

Client request → opportunity → quotation → project → tasks and delivery → changes → costs and payments. AIOS keeps the relevant people, documents and decisions connected as work moves through the business.

Teams can see what was agreed, what is happening and what needs attention. The workflow is configured around your operation, with existing specialist tools connected where they continue to add value.

CONFIGURED FOR YOUR BUSINESS

One core. Your processes. Custom modules when you need them.

Configure the core. Adapt terminology, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards and approval rules to your company and industry. Connect existing CRM, ERP, accounting and specialist tools where the integration is feasible and useful.

Extend what you need. Request additional custom modules for company-specific processes, records, tools or industry requirements. We define their scope, cost and delivery as part of the implementation or a later phase, keeping them connected to the AIOS core.

    QUESTIONS

What you need to know before getting started.

    What is ALT SAINT AIOS?

AIOS is a modular AI operating system for business. It connects customer and commercial information with projects, operational work, documents and financial records in one environment configured around your company.

    Is AIOS already built?

Yes. You start from a working core rather than an entirely new software build. During the walkthrough and scoping, we identify which capabilities are available, which need configuration and which require additional development.

Can AIOS be customised for our company and industry?

Yes. We can adapt terminology, fields, records, workflows, user roles, permissions, dashboards and approval rules to your operating model. Industry-specific requirements are defined during discovery.

Can we request additional custom modules?

Yes. We can develop bespoke modules for processes or requirements beyond the standard core. Scope, integrations, cost and delivery are agreed before development, so each addition fits the wider operating environment.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. AIOS can become the main working environment while relevant specialist systems remain in use. We assess available integration options and agree which tools to connect or replace.

How is AI used inside AIOS?

The built-in AI Assistant helps users query authorised operational information. AI can also assist with reading, classifying and summarising information and preparing actions within the agreed workflows, with permissions and human review where required.

Can we start with one workflow or team?

Yes. We can introduce AIOS around a priority workflow, team or business unit, then extend it as adoption and results support the next phase.

What determines the implementation cost and timeline?

The scope: selected modules, users, data migration, integrations, custom development and rollout requirements. We define these during discovery and provide an implementation proposal before proceeding.

What happens during the first walkthrough?

We demonstrate the relevant AIOS capabilities, discuss how your business works and identify the main fit, configuration and development questions. This provides a practical basis for deciding the next step.
